Two of those rows never fill. That is the offer: the money and the boxes stay on our side. You approve the work and get paid monthly.
Inside 05, 06 and 12: launch sequences and SMS on every drop · abandoned-cart follow-up · back-in-stock alerts · countdowns before a drop opens · two mockups and two descriptions tested each time · subject lines, send times, checkout layout · heatmaps and session recordings · bundles built from what actually sells together.
Then you get paid monthly. That is the whole job.
And the job is a gate: we design → you approve → it goes live. Every product, every page, every time.
Off a tour, a record or a booking. And you front the print run.
Paid before a single item sells — and a designer is one line, not the business.
We are paid out of profit that does not exist until we make it.
Print-on-demand platforms hand you a store and a base cost, then leave you to design the products, run the ads and carry the risk. “Keep 100%” quietly prices your time and your ad budget at zero.
The done-for-you operators list advertising as a capability and commit to no spend. The platforms that do run ads retarget people already shopping — and cap your profit per sale when they do. We write the figure, the ceiling and the term into the agreement, and it comes out of our half.
Credit where it is due: the better print-on-demand platforms handle production, order support and sales tax properly — Fourthwall acts as merchant of record and remits it for you — and they take no cut of your margin. What none of them do is make the work or find the buyer. That is the half we fund.
No fee, no retainer, no capital, no monthly cost. The free platforms are free too — what they don’t fund is the labour and the media. Juniper bills $50 an hour and a 300-unit minimum before you sell a thing.
We take a share of net profit while we run it — not a stake in your brand. Your name, likeness and catalogue stay 100% yours, permanently. Elsewhere in creator merch, equity changes hands both ways.
Set out in full before you sign, and it moves in your favour as the business grows. Almost every operator in this market publishes a services list and no terms at all.
We work on new products only. You keep 100% of the profit on everything you already sell, and every design we make is licensed to you.
Ten professionally-run comedy stores are 29.4% out of stock right now. Four print-on-demand ones are at 2.4%. Nothing is printed until a fan has paid for it.
On your store, or one we build.
To the print partner nearest them.
Direct, tracked. Returns come to us.
Live dashboard, monthly statement.
One print partner, seven of its own factories — Charlotte, Dallas, Toronto, Barcelona, Riga, Birmingham, Tijuana. The same operator and the same QC on every order.
Not a routed network of third-party shops. Most orders are printed and dispatched in 2–5 working days. Juniper won’t start under 300 units.
A US order prints in the US, an EU order prints in the EU.
Four stages, each with the work finished before the next one starts — and each written down where you can read it, not described on a call.
The storefront, the range, the mockups and the retention flows — produced at our expense, and yours to keep.
Small, to a known list, on purpose. Nothing at this size can produce a surprise you have to answer for.
Dispatch, delivery and support times you can hold us to, and a month of our share back if we miss the last one. The standard remedy elsewhere is your right to terminate, months later.
Suppliers, artwork, credentials, filings and macros — updated monthly, so your team could pick it up on a Monday.
We are added as a collaborator — never a password. The new range gets its own collection so reporting stays clean, and nothing else changes.
Purpose-built on your domain, designed around the range from the ground up. We build it and we pay for it.
Either way your existing range — and 100% of the profit on it — stays yours. We work on new products only.
ZakBrothers started in e-commerce in 2015 with Swegway — a seven-figure direct-to-consumer venture that worked with some of the largest names on YouTube and was covered by Tatler, Vanity Fair, the BBC, ABC and The Tab.
Since then we have built and operated e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands for private clients, high-net-worth individuals and corporates — almost all of it under confidentiality, in their name rather than ours. Divini is the part we can show you in full.
That is the arrangement here too — it would be your name on it, not ours.
Our own trademarked jewellery label — brand, product, packaging, photography, storefront and campaigns, all built in-house. The rest of our work sits under confidentiality, in the client’s name.
